How the Messenger's chest was cut open

The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, Gabriel, peace be upon him, came to him while he was playing with the boys, so he took him and struck him, so he cut open his heart, extracted the heart, and extracted a leech from it. He said: “This is the devil’s share of you,” then he washed it in a golden basin.

Where did the mother of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, die?

She died when she was twenty years old. She passed away on a caravan from her visit to her relatives in Yathrib (currently Medina) in Al-Abwa (an area 190 km from the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia today). When the Messenger Muhammad reached six years of age, she took him to his maternal uncles, Banu Adi bin Al-Najjar, to visit them in Yathrib. With him, and with him was Umm Ayman hugging him, while they were on two camels, so they stayed with him in Dar al-Nabigha at his father’s grave.

How did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, work in trade?

The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - was doing business himself, and he might delegate one of his honorable companions to do so. The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - asked Urwa bin Abi Al-Jaad Al-Barqi to buy him a sacrifice, and he gave him a dinar, and Urwa was skilled in trade, as He bought two sheep with the dinar that the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - gave him, then he sold one of them for a dinar, so he returned with the sheep and the dinar. The Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - was pleased with his action, and prayed for goodness and blessings for him, and the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - was very Preaching to the merchants and warning them against deception that portends destruction and torment. He passed among them in the market and said: (The merchants will be raised as ungodly people on the Day of Resurrection except those who are pious, righteous, and truthful). He also urged them to give charity, look after the needy, generosity, and other good qualities, and it was among his guidance. In buying and selling, facilitation and ease for people, forgiveness when possible, bargaining in buying and selling without people underestimating their things, and avoiding tipping the balance and usury of all kinds. The prophets used to eat from the work of their hands, and Imam Ahmad was asked about the one who secludes himself in his mosque and waits for his provision to come to him. He said: “This is a man who is ignorant of knowledge.” It was also reported on the authority of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab - may God be pleased with him - that he said: “None of you should neglect seeking livelihood and says: O God, provide for me, for you know that the sky does not rain gold or silver.” It is good for the merchant to allocate an amount of his financial returns to charity, as it is one of the causes of blessing and growth. It is worth mentioning that forbidden transactions are those that in general include causing harm to people or harming people. Society as a whole, so the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - made it clear that it was forbidden, and established a complete system for people to follow in their transactions. The work of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. God Almighty made His prophets and messengers human beings who eat and drink just as people eat and drink, and do various jobs and crafts. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, worked by herding sheep, just as previous prophets before him worked by herding sheep and other various works. The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - praised the one who takes care of sheep, saying that he has dignity and tranquility, while the owners of camels have pride. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Pride and arrogance are in the owners of camels, and tranquility and dignity are in the owners of sheep), and what is meant is the work of the prophets and messengers. Acknowledging the importance of striving; To obtain a good and permissible livelihood, and to strive to build the land, and this is the same as trusting in God because of His taking of means. As for the work of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - in herding sheep, he did it in cooperation with his breastfeeding brothers from the Banu Saad, and he gained humility from it. Patience and courage, just as the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - worked in trade, and from his work he acquired many skills and good qualities.
